Father Chris from Trincomalee

This was a rare opportunity. A breathtaking view of the snow covered mountains and the lake and the heart-warming atmosphere of friendship and hospitality was a precious gift. I loved these days in the peaceful silence of the scenery with welcoming sound of sheep, geese, and cats. These were restful days in the farm. The days were like long nights where you could talk your heart out into sleep and into dreams. The cold was easily forgotten in all the human warmth that surrounds this place.
Thanks Kristin and Klaus for these beautiful days. The Stavanga pancakes and the delicious dishes were a treat. Hopefully next time I could share my experiments with spicy Sri Lankan dishes.
